About Élhée

BABY BOTTLES MADE IN FRANCE

The Élhée feeding bottle is eco-designed and manufactured in the Rhône-Alpes region of France to the highest standards of respect for infants and young children.

Concerned about its environmental and social footprint, Élhée has opted for a sustainable approach at every stage: production, design, assembly and shipping. The traceability of materials is guaranteed: innovative medical silicone, FSC-certified paper, vegetable-based inks...
The assembly, packaging and logistics stages of BibRond Élhée are entrusted to a company employing disabled people (ESAT) in the Drôme region.

ERGONOMIC DESIGN

LOVE IS ROUND!

From the mother's womb, to the breast, to the embrace of the baby's arms: the newborn eye captures a subtly blurred universe. To respect the preciousness of this very first point of view, Élhée imagined an aerial design, the antithesis of classic cylindrical baby bottle formats.

An object of the very first affections, as soft to the touch as it is to the eye, the BibRond is a tribute to motherhood. From the breast-shaped bowl from the Sèvres factory - for which Marie-Antoinette is said to have served as a model - to the champagne glass molded on Kate Moss's left breast, many designer containers are inspired by natural curves. With its innovative format, the Élhée feeding bottle develops a natural aesthetic in phase with its function and with the aspirations of young parents. From the kitchen to the living room, this nomadic object elegantly accompanies modern families in search of authenticity.

HEALTHY, INNOVATIVE DESIGN

TO KEEP THEIR LITTLE WORLD GOING ROUND

Of all materials, silicone is Élhée's favorite! In the interests of absolute safety for its little users, Élhée has developed a unique and revolutionary closure system that guarantees no contact between the milk and its nutrients, with materials other than those of the silicone bottle or teat.

Élhée quickly moved away from the materials traditionally used by baby-bottle manufacturers and turned to medical-grade silicone, selected with the highest standards. This neo-material, non-allergenic and perfectly suited to food contact, is free from chemical substances likely to harm the health of infants and young children. Made from soft, extra-soft silicone with a physiological shape, the Élhée teat has been developed to offer sensations close to those of a mother's breast. Equipped with an anti-colic system, it is designed to reduce air absorption by the baby, thus facilitating digestion.

SENSORY AND EMOTIONAL BOTTLE

LA PARENTHÈSE LACTÈE

While its primary vocation is eminently practical, the feeding bottle is also the very first childcare item to enter the parent-child relationship. The object of an unconditional bond, it punctuates families' daily lives with the rhythm of feeds, and stands as a symbol of the first months of life, a time that is as fleeting as it is decisive.

Its feminine curves and delicate texture make the Élhée feeding bottle the ideal companion for young parents who want to look beyond the container as a vehicle for transmitting the very first emotions. A bubble of softness designed to sublimate the privileged moment of feeding, this poetic container opens the way to a new art of breastfeeding.

THE STORY OF ELHÉE

THE NEED FOR A MOTHER ABOVE ALL

While breastfeeding is now a couple's business, the bottle industry has traditionally been a male preserve. As the first infant container designed entirely by a mother, BibRond revolutionizes the gentle world of the little ones in every way...

At last, the baby's bottle has taken on a new look, and is now part of everyday family life!

Allison Piraud, founder of the Élhée brand, was keen to create an ethical and aesthetically pleasing world for her three children, and naturally rethought the feeding bottle beyond its mere function, to reinforce the emotional and sensory dimension of this very first object of affection.

Although, like many women, she alternated between breastfeeding and bottle feeding, the idea of innovating in this area became obvious to her from her eldest child's very first feedings.Jaded by her experiences with broken glass containers and skeptical about the safety of new plastics, Allison opted for the safety of young children.

Surrounded by industrial partners and experts committed to the same exacting standards, Allison tested dozens of prototypes to achieve an exceptional final result. From the absolute healthiness of the material, to the innovative format of the object and its irreproachable finishes in terms of ergonomics and practicality.
