Excellent

I recently ordered the Elhée bottle warmer and am delighted! In addition to its elegant, minimalist design, it's extremely practical and easy to use - it heats quickly and evenly, without altering the temperature or quality of the milk. It fits perfectly into Elhée bottles, making feedings much simpler, especially during the night. The materials are high quality and safe, and its portability is ideal for travelling. I highly recommend it to all parents looking for both quality and practicality!

Top but ...

The bottle warmer is top-notch, small enough to fit Elhee bottles, and easy to carry. Only the touchscreen is "difficult" but it's still good enough.

An essential

I'm delighted with my bottle warmer, which I used during a week's vacation for pool days and long-haul train and plane journeys.
A few areas for improvement: the tactile side is a pain, it lights up by itself in the bag, on some bottles it leaks as if the bottle were screwed on wrongly, and when you turn it over once the bottle is heated, you lose water. When it's unloaded but not completely discharged, it refuses to heat up and goes into error, which you need to anticipate (! the keep-warm mode consumes a lot of battery power).
But all in all, I highly recommend it, it's top-notch!

I tried to contact you but got no answer
I am very disappointed with the autonomy of the bottle warmer.
It's a long way from the 12h indicated
I use it every day just to heat bottles, so I don't use the timer or keep warm function, and the battery doesn't last, so I have to charge it every day.

Leaky closure

The product is attractive and ergonomic, but water runs out every time the product is turned over to heat the water in the bottle, because there's no notch to lock the clamp. You have to use both hands to squeeze the bottle and the warmer so as not to spill the water next to it. I thought it was a defect in the ring, but it's not. I was immediately sent two new rings and nothing changed. I think the product still needs some work to be finished. That's a shame.
